Design – Smartwatch U8

This device may not be able to be compared with other watches that are worth more than 200$ in design quality and materials, but it has a great design that makes it very comfortable and doesn’t attract much attention.
The strap is made of rubber and has a traditional sealing that offers security and makes the user comfortable without worrying of the watch dropping out of one’s wrist. The watch’s shell is made of plastic with a shining black finish. To the right it has a button to turn the watch on or off, to block it or if we are using any app to directly quit to the main screen. To the left,we can find a stereo speaker, the microphone for calls, and the USB port to charge it.
Its dimensions are 47 x 41 x 11 mm, without the belt or strap. It has three tactile buttons in the bottom part of the watch, just under the screen that look exactly like Android navigation buttons.

Screen – U8 Smartwatch

It has a touch screen, of approximately 1.50” inches and a resolution of 128 x 128 TFT. It would have been good to have more resolution on this watch, but it works good enough to enable users to read and watch any kind of content.

Additional Features – U8 Smartwatch

It can be said that the U8 Smartwatch is one of a complete devices among its price range. By costing less that 50$, this smartwatch includes a lot of features that are not even included in high budget watches like:

Sensors: Has a pedometer, a thermometer, a barometer, altimeter and a chronometer that work pretty good and will make a great advantage for athletes and sportsmen.
Anti-lost Function: The smartwatch will vibrate if the Bluetoothconnection is lost, so if the users get away from the device by more than 10 meters, it will send a vibration signal.
Keyboard: With this watch, we can directly call by just typing a number. The calls are really high quality, with a microphone that works very well and a speaker that sounds loud enough. It doesn’t have a SIM slot so it can’t work without a smartphone in order to receive messages or make calls.
Phone Book: To enable the user to call anyone without having to type the number.
Customization: We can choose between 4 skins – 2 digitals and 2 analogical.

Battery – U8 Smartwatch

With the year nearly coming to an end, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to look forward towards the future and check out the latest technology to look forward to.

Here are some of the latest gadgets to look forward to next year.

The “Welt” Belt

welt

If you’re wondering what exactly “Welt” means, is it the brand name that’s short for well-intelligent. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary leather belt, but if you look closer, you will notice that the buckle has a micro USB port. The Welt Belt provides five functions – counting steps, time spent sitting, measuring waist size, report when eating, and to hold pants up apparently.

Welt collects data that you can view on its companion app to help you take notice of your habits. Additionally, it can provide a plan on how to stay in shape.

SGNL Bracelet

The SGNL is a bracelet that turns your hand into a phone. This works through the advantage of basic physics to transmit sound through your hand. The wristband works with all sorts of watches with standard straps. The bracelet works through producing vibrations when a call is received. Sound travels through the bones or your hand rather than through the air.

The companion app connects to your smartphone as all you will need to do press a finger to your ear. This benefits our need for privacy as a microphone is placed on the wristband.

Prinker
